After following the traditional pharmacy path earning her PharmD, stepping into leadership, and taking on increasing responsibility, Nikki found herself asking a persistent question: Why does my work feel narrower than my expertise?
That question led her to explore how pharmacists can apply their knowledge beyond the constraints of traditional roles not outside of healthcare, but in ways that better reflect their judgment, problem-solving, and impact.
